Two more wake-ups!

We got a call today saying Gracie is all ours. Tomorrow mom and dad have to swear her in, then we can come home. So that means only 2 more days to swim!
I saw a panda at the zoo. They call it a lazy panda, and now I know why. He really was lazy! I saw snakes and a crocodile and turtles, as well as rats and mice. They were going to be dinner for the snakes! It was soooo cool! Rats creep my mom out and mice creep my aunt out! Also, we saw tigers and leopards and cheetahs just like the cheetah girls on channel 41.
It was nice talking to you on the phone. Were you surprised?
We will leave here early Saturday morning and get to Spokane early Saturday morning!! Tell your parents that you are invited to the airport to see me and my new sister. It is Alaska flight 2352 (I think) from Portland arriving at 11:10.

Almost Done!

I am almost done with China. I will be back very soon. I miss you very much. My guide's name is Veronica. She is very nice. I found this pool called the "all for one" pool, like in HSM2. It has a waterfall. My friend Grant found a snake there the other day in the rocks by the waterfall. It was cool! Tonight we are going on a cruise on a boat that lights up at night. Last night we found better batter ice cream at the restaurant outside. It was so good. Tomorrow we are going to the zoo. Veronica says we will see a lazy panda bear! I have bought each of you something from China, but it is a surprise. I think you will like it!
I am having fun so far with my new sister, Gracie. Abby, now we both have sisters! We are like twins. We both have dark skin and sisters. But I have glasses. Thanks for your comments. But we cannot see them anymore because of a problem with the computer. But I will read them when I get home!!!

Gracie has a Birthday!!!

Today is Gracie's 3rd birthday. I am so happy for her. She has a lot of presents bought by a lot of people. We will go out to dinner for her birthday. She has no clue she has so many presents!
Today we went to a beautiful park. There were kindergarten kids there. They wanted to get their picture taken with us. Then they sang a song for us. Mom taught them how to do High fives.
Gracie is so tiny sometimes she has problems getting her clothes to fit. Today at the park her skirt fell off while we were walking!!! Here is a picture of it.
By the way, I got 116% on my spelling test. Mom gave me some bonus words!

ps. I found a pool today that looks just like the All For One pool in HSM2.
But there are no rocks, just the waterfall.

I Have a Sister!

We went to an office today and Gracie became my legal sister. We are now a family. So far it is pretty fun, but sometimes she doesn't want to play with me. Mom says it is because she is sad that she won't see her nanny or her friends anymore. But it won't take long before she likes me a lot!!!
I worked on some schoolwork today. I did my book report on my new Jakers book! Here is a picture of me and my mei mei (little sister).

We're Here!

We got here safely. But I got sick on the airplane and had to throw up in the barf bag! On the day we were supposed to go to the Great Wall I was still sick so I missed it:( I threw up on the bus 2 times! But when we flew out of Beijing I got to see the Great Wall from the sky! I didn't chuck the bunny anymore.

Today I feel really good and in just 3 hours we will get my sister!!!!

p.s. I got to swim yesterday outside. The pool was cold. I swam across the pool.

It's Warm in Guangzhou!

Did you know that it's warm all the time in Guangzhou? Our hotel has 2 pools! I will be swimming every day! Mr. Hawkins, I will miss you, but I will have PE every day by having fun in the pools! My mom put the weather on my blog so you can see how warm it is in Guangzhou!!
